About the role
The Operations Coordinator takes the lead in making sure our world‑class facility stays operational, well‑maintained and set up for smooth day‑to‑day performance. You will coordinate maintenance, support operational teams, and help keep our facilities compliant, ready, and performing at their best. The role focuses on coordinating resources effectively, finding smarter and more efficient ways of operating, and navigating the technical, environmental and operational demands of the venue.

About you
Our ideal candidate will bring to the role:
- Ability to deliver preventative maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting and review
- Experience in supervising staff and fostering a safe, positive team culture and the capability to manage rosters for 15+ staff
- Demonstrated ability to oversee facility maintenance contracts, coordinate contractors and manage small projects end-to-end, with experience in fast‑paced maintenance or operations environments and confidence working with financial processes, budgets and procurement.
- Skill in solving problems and a willingness to step into technical or complex issues
- Commitment to customer service and building strong stakeholder relationships
- Resilience to adapt and work proactively in a changing environment
Essential Requirements
- Current NSW Class C Driver’s License
- Obtain and maintain a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
- Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings and on call as required.
- Complete a hearing test (audiometric test) within 3 months of starting employment (baseline test) and a follow-up hearing test at least every 2 years.
- Obtain and maintain a Current Firearms License (Class A and B), within 03 months of commencing the role. And ability to obtain Class H.
- Undertake a pre-employment blood lead level screening and regular follow up blood lead level testing in accordance with NSW Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and the NSW Work Health and Safety Regulations 2025.
To be eligible to apply for this position, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident or hold a valid Australian working Visa for the duration of the appointment. Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Check and Pre-Employment Health Assessment.
