About the roles
Our Project Officer position with Development Assessment & Sustainability provides high level project and administration support services, to the Director and the broader assessment team and support the development and implementation of projects to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the Division.
You will manage and coordinate the workflow of activities and provide administration support to the team and the Division, such as preparing confidential operational documents, briefing papers, reports, submissions and responses to information requests and provide consistent and timely liaison with departmental staff from the Minister’s office, the Department, other agencies, and stakeholders on a range of issues, including sourcing information to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the unit.

Our Project Officer position with Planning, Land Use, Strategy, Housing & Infrastructure is responsible for managing establishment and organisational charts, supporting contingent labour engagement, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on process improvement.
You will manage service delivery and enquiry lifecycle to ensure timely resolution, assist with onboarding, offboarding and movement activities for new employees and provide timely advice and support on end-to-end contingent worker engagement to ensure compliance with DPHI and BuyNSW policies, procedures and guidelines.
Essential requirements
• Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
