  • Temporary Full-Time opportunity until March 2027 with possibility of extension.
  • Based in Parramatta NSW with hybrid working supported
  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $113,574 to $125,720 pa plus superannuation.

 

Join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the Energy, Climate Change & Sustainability Group.

 

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised professional to drive group wide projects, efficient coordination, and strong communication and information sharing.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating critical activities, supporting projects, and ensuring timely and accurate information flows across the organisation. You’ll support the management of executive mailboxes and approval processes, contribute to strategic and operational work, and help maintain high-performing administrative systems.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring strong critical analysis and creative problem‑solving skills and has experience in a fast‑paced and high‑volume environment. They will be confident contributing to complex and sensitive operational proposals, using sound judgement and considering a wide range of sector, government, and community factors.

 

You are someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and has the confidence to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. You bring strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and an eye for process improvement and project management.

 

You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including senior executives, coordination teams, and staff across multiple areas.
