Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust is seeking a Front Desk Team Leader, who is keen to connect visitors and guests to an incredible natural setting.

 

  • Ongoing Part time role available, 3 days per week
  • Located at Jenolan Caves, 3 hours from Sydney and 25 minutes from Oberon
  • Package includes base salary from $57,091.62 (Pro-rata), also penalties for Weekends and Public Holidays worked. Shift Allowances also apply for shifts starting after 10:00am, plus employer's contribution to superannuation
  • Great opportunity to work at a world heritage site at an idyllic location and play a pivotal role in the creation of life changing visitor experiences

 

About the role

 

As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for undertaking and supervising the activities of the Front Desk to support the operational requirements of the hotel and ensure high quality customer services for guests and visitors to ensure they have a welcoming, culturally enriched and memorable experience.

 

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Creating a holistic guest experience at Jenolan Caves by staying up to date with all of Jenolan Caves offerings and experiences and working seamlessly with all departments to provide the very best in customer service.
  • Overseeing the night audit to ensure errors are accounted for and activities are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service to support visitor satisfaction and engagement with the hotel.

 

 Essential Requirements

 

  •  Current Class C NSW Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated experience in Hospitality/tourism Industry particularly food and beverage service, housekeeping service, hotel security, maintenance (non trade) and basic kitchen services.
  • Availability for rostered weekend/public holiday work both within and outside the reserve.
