The role

You will provide essential project and administrative support for stakeholder and client engagement activities that underpin PDNSW’s client relationship management model. Working closely with teams across the division, you’ll help implement engagement practices, maintain accurate records, support the preparation of updates and reports, and coordinate day‑to‑day operational tasks across a portfolio of projects.

In this role, you’ll assist with research, monitoring and evaluation activities, coordinate meetings and papers, and help ensure key engagement actions and milestones are delivered. Your ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships will support effective project coordination and positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

What you will bring to the role

  • Strong project coordination, organisational and prioritisation skills to support multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business units.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake research, maintain accurate records and support reporting, CRM and evaluation processes.

 Key knowledge and experience

  • Previous experience with Salesforce or similar systems or demonstrated aptitude to acquire and apply these skills
  • Experience providing support for engagement activities such as Secretariat or operational support Excellent interpersonal communication skills
