We’re looking for a Project Advisor to support our Aboriginal Employee Experience (AEX) Team, playing a key role in delivering initiatives that strengthen cultural safety, inclusion and Aboriginal workforce outcomes across the department.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, organisation and project support, and who is motivated by work that makes a real, positive difference.
This is a targeted role under GSE Rule 26 and Aboriginal people are encouraged to apply.
About You
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience in an administrative, project, HR or corporate support role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Confidence preparing clear, accurate documents and working with data or spreadsheets
- A collaborative, respectful communication style
- Sound judgement, discretion and attention to detail
- A genuine commitment to inclusion, cultural awareness and public sector values
Experience supporting projects, events, or workforce initiatives is desirable, as is exposure to surveys, reporting and data analysis.
