About the role
The Central Reservations Agent provides customer support and manages bookings and registrations across multiple sites. The role handles enquiries, prepares quotes, processes accounts, and ensures information is accurate and delivered on time. It supports smooth program delivery by responding to varied customer needs, resolving issues, managing competing demands, and maintaining consistent service standards.

About you
You bring a customer‑focused approach and a commitment to delivering efficient, accurate and friendly service. You are comfortable in a busy environment, adapt quickly to new information, and work well with others to support positive outcomes.

- Accountability for following policies, legislation and safe work practices.
Essential Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
