The role
This role is all about making sure new systems and updates work the way they should before they go live. Day to day, you’ll juggle multiple priorities while working across a wide range of applications and environments, coordinating user acceptance testing and responding to issues as they arise. A big part of the role is analysing requirements, proactively identifying risks, ensuring testing coverage is strong, and continuously improving processes so systems are reliable and ready for release.
