- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $154,231 to $178,369 + super & leave loading
The Records & Information Management team supports the department's records management and information governance functions. Working closely with business areas, the team provides advice, systems support, training and governance to support effective lifecycle management and digital recordkeeping practices.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Records & Information Management, you will lead the operations of the Records Management team and provide expert advice on records and information management. Working closely with stakeholders across the department, you will oversee the department's Content Manager 25 (CM25) platform and support the effective management of physical and digital records throughout their lifecycle.
You are an experienced records management professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical and customer-focused information management solutions. You bring strong leadership capability, a collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading records management operations within a large and complex organisation.
- Strong knowledge of information governance, records management principles and lifecycle management.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted advice across a diverse business environment.
- Demonstrated experience administering and supporting an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), such as Content Manager 25, including system maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Strong operational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and implementing best-practice records management solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in information and records management or equivalent knowledge and/or experience in the records management industry.
