As our Senior Manager, Workforce Effectiveness & Change, you’ll be the engine behind major organisational transformation.

You will:

  • Lead high-impact workforce design and organisational change initiatives
  • Provide expert guidance on complex restructures and transformation programs
  • Build and embed best-practice frameworks, governance and tools
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver practical, sustainable and people-centred outcomes
  • Act as the trusted advisor on workforce strategy, job evaluation and remuneration governance

About You

 

You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on change leader who can zoom out and dive deep.

You’ll bring proven experience delivering organisational change in complex environments, as well as strength in workforce design, governance and transformation delivery. You will have exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable strategies. Resilience, courage and a passion for leading meaningful change are critical for this position.

 

Essential Requirements

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in change management, human resources, or program and project management or equivalent experience.
