The role

You’ll support the delivery of projects by coordinating administrative and operational activities, tracking milestones, and assisting with reporting, research and documentation to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed plans, methodologies and priorities.

 

Working across multiple projects, you’ll help manage competing deadlines by maintaining accurate records, supporting procurement and financial processes, preparing project briefs and updates, and liaising with stakeholders to keep delivery on track while meeting time, cost and quality expectations.

What you will bring to the role

  • Demonstrated high-level administrative skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared outcomes and supporting colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail while managing high-volume workloads, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables.
