The role

Working closely with the Workplace Hub Manager and team, you’ll help keep our facilities running smoothly day to day. From coordinating meeting spaces to supporting maintenance and building services, your work will help create safe, functional and welcoming environments for our people and visitors.

You’ll also support a mix of administrative and operational tasks, working with internal teams and external contractors to make sure everything runs as it should.

What you’ll be part of

  • Supporting facility services like maintenance, cleaning, security and meeting spaces
  • Helping coordinate contractors and day-to-day building activities
  • Assisting with purchase orders, invoicing and basic finance processes
