The Biodiversity Offset Scheme (BOS) Systems Program team drives strategic initiatives to modernise systems, improve digital service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency across the organisation. The team collaborates with stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions, strengthen governance and reporting, and support successful change management outcomes.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead end-to-end change strategies supporting a major Digital Transformation program. You will drive adoption, minimise resistance, and ensure successful delivery of complex organisational change initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will enable business readiness, alignment, and measurable benefits realisation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of change management strategies across multiple complex projects
- Apply proven and structured change management methodologies to drive adoption and embed change
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders to build alignment and commitment
- Assess organisational readiness and implement targeted change interventions
- Develop communication, training, and engagement strategies in collaboration with People & Culture
- Track and report on change metrics, adoption, and benefits realisation
About you
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments—ideally within the public sector. You will have:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change, particularly in ICT or digital transformation programs
- Change Management certification like Prosci with hands-on application of the frameworks like ADKAR are not essential but will be highly regarded
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and navigating complex organisational structures
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and improve change outcomes
