  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $113,574 to $125,720 + super

We are excited to announce opportunities within our Planning, Land Use Strategy, Housing and Infrastructure division.


The role
This role supports the strategic coordination of key NSW housing program insights. You’ll work alongside senior policy and project staff to coordinate activities, analyse information, prepare briefings and reports, and support engagement with senior stakeholders across the NSW and Commonwealth Governments.

It’s a varied, fast‑paced role where you’ll juggle competing priorities, coordinate requests, and help translate complex information into clear, practical advice. You’ll play an important behind‑the‑scenes role in keeping initiatives on track, providing insights to supporting decision‑making, and maintaining strong working relationships across teams and agencies.

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience working in a government or public‑sector environment, with confidence supporting senior stakeholders and cross‑government engagement
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams, agencies and external partners
  • Experience interpreting and analysing data or information to support briefings, reports and decision‑making
  • Well‑developed written communication skills, including drafting briefs, reports, correspondence and project documentation
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage requests, maintain documentation and monitor progress across multiple priorities
  • An understanding of, or exposure to, policy environments, with the ability to quickly grasp new subject matter
  • A tertiary qualification in business or a related field is desirable, along with a proactive, flexible and solution‑focused approach

  • Tertiary degree qualification and/or relevant professional experience.
