The Role

As a Senior Manager in Advisory and Transactions, you’ll lead teams delivering complex property projects and support evidence-based decision-making across government.

What you will be doing

  • Lead strategic advisory and transaction projects across government property assets
  • Provide clear, practical advice to executives and stakeholders
  • Oversee feasibility, due diligence and strategy development
  • Manage complex development and transaction projects
  • Build relationships across government and industry
  • Lead governance, risk and reporting
  • Guide and develop high-performing teams

 

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience delivering complex property or advisory work
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Confidence working through ambiguity
  • Strategic and delivery capability
  • Leadership capability

 

What is an essential requirement:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, planning, economics, law, project management, development or engineering.
