  • Developing a Talent pool for full-time (35 hours per week), part-time and casual roles
  • This Talent Pool is being created for future Ongoing, Temporary and casual roles that may arise over the next 18 months.
  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from:
    • Casual Hourly rate $41.67 per hour plus casual loading of $10.37 on weekdays, $24.05 on Saturdays and $34.41 on Sundays
    • $70,694 -$76,857 pa  + employer's contribution to superannuation
  • Locations - Depot Beach and Pretty Beach Offices (between Ulladulla and Batemans Bay)

About the role
National Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for an Administrative Officer to join the team and contribute to delivering exceptional visitor experiences across Shoalhaven’s National Parks. These positions are currently offered on a casual basis, with potential for part-time or full-time opportunities in the future.

In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative team, providing high-quality administrative support. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and events, managing records and systems, and delivering outstanding customer service from one of our two campsite locations.

From supporting day-to-day operations to contributing during critical incidents like fire management or search and rescue, your work will make a real difference.

About You
You’re organised, detail-focused and enjoy working in customer service. You bring some administration experience, confidence with systems and processes and a passion for delivering high-quality support.

Essential requirements

  • Experience in administration including the use of computer based systems such as word processing, spreadsheet and records management and records management systems.
  • Knowledge of financial and human resource management procedures, policies and practices.
