We’re seeking proactive, highly organised professionals to support the smooth delivery of operations that protect and enhance our natural environment and visitor experiences. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and customer service support, managing activities such as diary coordination, reporting, records management and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating meetings and events, maintaining systems and financial processes and responding to enquiries with a customer-first mindset, all while contributing to critical incident responses such as fires and search and rescue operations.
About You
You’re a highly organised and adaptable administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality support services. With experience across a range of administrative functions, you’re confident using systems such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and records management tools, and bring a strong understanding of financial and HR processes. You’re someone who can work independently with a high level of accuracy, while also knowing when to escalate more complex matters.
You bring a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and respond effectively to a wide range of enquiries. You’re proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities, all while maintaining professional standards and meeting deadlines. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and contribute to team outcomes, including during critical incidents, will set you up for success in this role.
