Lead the operation of world-class Olympic shooting sport venues and drive their future growth and success.
About the role
As a Venue Manager with the Office of Sport, you will lead the operations of one of NSW’s Olympic Sport Venues — the Sydney International Equestrian Centre, Sydney International Shooting Centre, or the Sydney International Regatta Centre / Penrith Whitewater Stadium precinct.
You will be responsible for ensuring the venue is safe, well‑maintained, customer‑focused and commercially sustainable. Working closely with internal teams and key sporting partners, you will drive business development, maximise venue utilisation, and deliver high‑quality events and activities aligned with strategic business plans. This is a leadership role that combines operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, team development and strategic planning to support the long‑term success and legacy of these iconic venues.

Essential Requirements
To be eligible to apply for this position, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident or hold a valid Australian working Visa for the duration of the appointment.
