The Opportunity

The Senior Performance Officer provides regulatory, environmental and corporate performance analysis, including annual corporate planning and performance reporting, to support good governance, risk management, accountability and improved regulatory performance.

The role is responsible for coordinating and delivering key performance reporting products, partnering with business areas to develop meaningful performance measures, methodologies and targets, ensuring alignment with government priorities, legislative requirements and government frameworks.

Through the provision of expert advice and analysis the role supports performance monitoring planning and reporting activities, supporting stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve strategic objectives.

About you

You are a highly analytical and collaborative individual with experience in performance reporting, business analysis, strategic planning and organisational performance. You have a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights that support informed strategic decision-making and drive organisational outcomes.

You are an organised and proactive person who can manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality outcomes under tight timeframes, and lead or contribute to complex projects.

You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience will be highly regarded.
