The role

The Project and Business Admin Officer offers a great opportunity for someone who already has solid experience in coordination or administration and is ready to step into a space with more ownership and visibility. You’ll support the team by preparing reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, and helping keep project plans moving in line with scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and compliant – work that strengthens decision‑making and underpins successful project delivery. It’s a role where you can deepen your project capability while contributing to meaningful outcomes every day.

 

You’ll balance competing priorities, tight deadlines, and the need for accuracy, which will stretch your organisational skills and sharpen your judgment. You’ll build strong relationships across the organisation and gain exposure to how projects operate end‑to‑end, giving you a clear pathway to grow your career.
