The role

Property & Development NSW (PDNSW) is creating a talent pool for motivated professionals looking to build their career across property advisory, transactions, development and strategic project work. This is an opportunity to contribute to significant land and property initiatives across NSW, while gaining exposure to complex projects that support better outcomes for communities, government and industry.

 

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the planning and delivery of complex advisory, development and transaction projects. You will coordinate project activities, undertake research and analysis, contribute to business cases and feasibility assessments, maintain project documentation and support engagement with stakeholders across government and industry. This role will suit someone who is organised, proactive and keen to develop their capability in a dynamic property and project environment.

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience supporting projects in a property, infrastructure, planning, consulting, development, commercial or government environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to analyse information, identify issues and contribute practical solutions to support project delivery and decision-making.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, briefings, project documentation and stakeholder correspondence.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build productive working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, clients and consultants.
  • Sound project coordination skills, with the ability to track actions, manage documentation and support the delivery of quality outcomes.
