As Manager Social Outcomes, you will lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of key social impact, workforce development and Industry and Aboriginal Participation initiatives. In doing this, you will be ensuring contractual, policy and regulatory commitments are achieved while creating lasting benefits for regional communities. You bring a practical understanding of legislative and policy frameworks, coupled with the ability to translate strategic plans into on-the-ground outcomes through effective collaboration with contractors, delivery partners and government agencies. Your strength lies in building trusted relationships with regional communities, including Aboriginal and First Nations stakeholders, navigating complex and sensitive issues and influencing diverse groups to achieve shared objectives.
