  • Based in Parramatta with flexible working supported
  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $154,231 to $178,369 + super & leave loading

 


The BOS team is delivering a range of exciting projects and programs across DCCEEW. Partnering with stakeholders across the department, the team drives business and technology improvements that enhance systems, processes and services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Principal Business Analyst to help shape our Business Analysis Practice and deliver outcomes that support the department's strategic objectives and service delivery priorities.

 

About the Role

As a Principal ICT Business Analyst, you will lead our Business Analysis Practice and manage a team of two Senior Business Analysts.

In this role, you will work with senior stakeholders to define business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver solutions that drive organisational outcomes. You'll lead business analysis activities across a diverse portfolio of projects, champion best-practice methodologies and help shape the future direction of the function.

This is a highly autonomous role offering the opportunity to influence decision-making, improve business processes and develop team capability.

 

About You

You are an experienced Business Analysis leader with a strong track record of delivering business and technology change in complex environments:

You will bring:

  • Experience leading Business Analysts and building team capability.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in business requirements gathering, process improvement and business case development.
  • Knowledge of contemporary business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
  • The ability to balance competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and experience on Salesforce and have strong business engagement skills.
