Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and solving complex enquiries with professionalism and empathy? We are seeking a motivated Customer Experience Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting customers, stakeholders and communities through high-quality service and expert advice relating to Crown land administration and management.

The role
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of customer enquiries, providing accurate, balanced and timely advice across multiple channels. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience while applying sound knowledge of policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure enquiries are resolved efficiently, customer information is maintained accurately, and valuable customer insights are used to enhance service delivery.

What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer service in a complex or regulated environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical or legislative information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet service standards in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience identifying service improvement opportunities and contributing to positive customer outcomes.
