The role

This is an opportunity for an accomplished HR professional to step into a highly visible senior partnering role where no two days are the same.

As a Senior People Partner, you'll operate as a trusted strategic adviser to leaders across a diverse and dynamic portfolio, partnering on complex people-related opportunities and challenges. Working at the intersection of people strategy and business outcomes, you'll provide practical advice that helps leaders navigate change, build capability and confidence, manage risk and make informed decisions. From organisational transformation and workforce planning to leadership coaching and employee matters, you'll play a key role in shaping solutions that deliver meaningful and lasting impact.

This is a role that requires influence, sound judgement and the ability to build credibility quickly across a broad range of stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced, priorities can shift and no two days look the same. Success in this role requires someone who thrives in complexity, remains calm under pressure and enjoys working through ambiguity to achieve outcomes. In return, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to significant organisational initiatives and play a genuine role in shaping the future of the organisation and its people.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Extensive HR business partnering experience in a complex organisation.
  • The ability to confidently lead conversations through ambiguity, change and competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the credibility to advise and challenge leaders at all levels.
  • Experience partnering on organisational change, workforce planning and complex employee matters.
  • Sound judgement, resilience and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • A collaborative and pragmatic approach focused on delivering outcomes rather than process for process' sake.
  • Strong leadership capability and a commitment to developing capability in others.
