The role


As Manager Service and Integrated Operations, you'll lead a team that helps keep our digital services running smoothly and our people connected to the technology they rely on every day.

 

You'll oversee IT operations, incident management and service performance across the Digital Information Office, ensuring services are reliable, responsive and aligned with business needs. Working closely with stakeholders, service providers and technical teams, you'll bring people together to solve problems, improve operational processes and strengthen service delivery outcomes. This is an opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled specialists, champion continuous improvement and help shape the future of digital service delivery across DPHI.

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups.
  • Extensive experience managing service operations teams within large and complex organisations.
  • Strong incident management expertise, including knowledge of service desk and field services operations.
  • Experience working in a SIAM operating environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver practical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and meaningful messages.

 

What is an essential requirement

  • IT degree and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Certified ITIL and or SIAM and/or equivalent relevant experience
