The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Marketing & Campaigns Advisor to join the NSW EPA. You will manage the development and implementation of marketing and promotion strategies to support the Environment Protection Authority’s programs and promotional activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or other related discipline and/or relevant equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering integrated campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence and build effective partnerships.
- Experience managing campaigns end-to-end, including budgets, procurement, agencies, events and evaluation.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate organisational priorities into measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying emerging trends, opportunities and innovative ways to improve marketing outcomes.
- Experience working within a government or regulated environment would be an advantage.
About the team
The NSW EPA campaign’s team delivers high-impact behaviour change campaigns that help protect NSW’s environment and communities. We work across a diverse portfolio of environmental issues and combine strategic marketing, creative thinking, research and media to drive meaningful action. It’s a collaborative team where you’ll have the opportunity to work on campaigns that make a real difference to the people and environment of NSW. This role sits within the Corporate Affairs Branch, which communicates the EPA’s mission, priorities and initiatives through clear, engaging communications that connect our work with the community and stakeholders.
