You bring experience advising on complex commercial transactions, ideally within the energy sector, with expertise in areas such as energy law, major infrastructure or land acquisition projects, procurement and construction, or disputes. Combined with a strong understanding of administrative law, statutory interpretation, and government policy and legislative processes, you are ready to play a key role in supporting some of NSW’s most significant energy and infrastructure initiatives.
