Lead the development of EnergyCo’s website as the digital hub for information about our role in NSW’s energy transition
- Temporary (approx.11 months) full-time 35 per week opportunity

- Salary range from $133,348 to $146,945 plus super and leave loading
EnergyCo NSW is spearheading the transition to renewable energy to deliver clean electricity to the people of NSW as coal-fired power stations near closure.
About the Opportunity
Join EnergyCo at a pivotal time as NSW transforms its energy future. As Senior Digital Content Producer, you’ll lead the strategy, governance and optimisation of EnergyCo’s website, creating engaging, accessible and audience-focused content that supports some of the state’s most significant renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Working across website management, digital innovation, stakeholder engagement and content production, you'll play a key role in enhancing customer experience, driving digital performance and ensuring communities are informed and connected throughout NSW’s clean energy transition.
About You
You’re a strategic digital communications professional with a strong track record in developing and delivering high-quality web and digital content. Experienced across content management systems, website optimisation and analytics, you use data and customer insights to create engaging digital experiences that meet both user needs and organisational objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accessibility and best practice.
You’re a confident communicator and trusted stakeholder partner who can translate complex information into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences. With strong project management skills and a collaborative approach, you build effective relationships across teams, provide expert digital advice, and embrace innovation to continuously improve engagement, customer experience and digital outcomes.
There is occasional after hours work and on-call expectations as well as occasional regional travel.
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in social media, public relations and/or equivalent experience.
- Current Australian Drivers licence (Class C minimum).

Who we are?
The Energy Corporation of NSW (EnergyCo) is a statutory corporation established under the Energy and Utilities Administration Act 1987 and governed by its Board, appointed by the Minister for Energy. EnergyCo is a Staff Agency employing all EnergyCo staff and is an agency related to the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW).
EnergyCo plays a pivotal role in the NSW Government’s Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap, which aims to transform the state’s electricity system into one that is cheap, clean, and reliable. As Infrastructure Planner under the Electricity Infrastructure Investment Act 2020, EnergyCo is responsible for leading the delivery of the State’s first five Renewable Energy Zones (REZs) and the first two priority transmission infrastructure projects (PTIPs), which are located in the Central-West Orana, New England, South West, Hunter-Central Coast, and Illawarra regions. We work closely with communities, investors, and industry to investigate, plan, recommend and coordinate generation, storage and network infrastructure projects.
