In this role you will
As a Property Services Officer, you will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to help deliver effective Crown land management outcomes. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you'll respond to enquiries, provide accurate land and property information, maintain records and databases, support property management activities, and build positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with a variety of stakeholders, and contributing to meaningful outcomes for the community.

What you will bring to the role
- Communicate clearly and respectfully, providing helpful and accurate information to customers and stakeholders.
- Be organised and detail-focused, with the ability to prioritise tasks and deliver accurate work in a high-volume environment.
- Be confident using databases, records management systems and other workplace technology, while following relevant policies, procedures and legislation.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting property management activities, including site visits, inspections and administrative tasks.
