The role  

As a Property Services Analyst, you'll help manage the financial processes behind the department's property portfolio. From monitoring transactions and resolving complex enquiries to supporting supplier relationships and reporting, your work will help ensure people have the information, systems and support they need to make informed decisions.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across finance, property and operations to improve processes, solve problems and maintain high service standards. No two days will be the same, with opportunities to analyse trends, identify improvements, support team capability and contribute to projects that make work smarter and more efficient.

What you will bring to the role  

  • A strong customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
  • The ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of people
  • Strong communication skills and confidence explaining processes, resolving issues and providing advice
  • An organised approach to managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • The ability to analyse information, identify trends and recommend practical improvements
  • Confidence using financial systems, technology and reporting tools
  • A willingness to support, guide and share knowledge with others



Key knowledge and experience 

  • Financial acumen preferred but not essential 
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel
