  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $102,936 to $113,579 + super

 

Join the Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) as a Procurement Support Officer and play a key role in keeping procurement and corporate operations running smoothly. Working within a collaborative team, you'll provide essential coordination, administrative and procurement support that helps deliver outcomes for one of NSW’s most significant development projects.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering quality support. You'll work across a variety of activities, build valuable procurement experience, and contribute to improving processes that support the growth of Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) and Western Sydney.

What you will bring to the role

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a busy environment.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records, documentation and administrative systems with a high level of attention to detail.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and team needs.
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to liaise with a range of internal and external contacts.
  • The ability to coordinate meetings, track actions, compile information and support reporting activities to keep work on schedule.
  • Sound understanding of procurement processes, contract administration or government procurement frameworks, or the ability to quickly build this capability.
  • A commitment to delivering quality outcomes, meeting timeframes and continuously improving the way work is done

 

What is an essential requirement:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated, equivalent, relevant professional experience and training.
