- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $157,257 to $ 172,589 pa + super
The Grants Branch is currently seeking to appoint a Manager Systems and Intelligence to lead the development and delivery of systems, tools and intelligence that support best-practice grants management across the Department.
As the Manager Systems and Intelligence, you will lead a team of specialists responsible for the strategic delivery of systems, projects and continuous improvement initiatives across a diverse grants portfolio. You will oversee the development of digital tools, reporting frameworks and intelligence solutions that support effective grant program delivery, governance and decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders across the Department and external providers, you will help drive innovation, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure grants systems remain efficient, compliant and fit for purpose.
About You
You are an experienced project leader with a strong background delivering complex systems projects and business improvement initiatives. You are comfortable working across multiple priorities and have experience implementing technology solutions, improving processes and using data and insights to support decision-making and organisational outcomes.
You build strong stakeholder relationships and can confidently communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. With strong problem-solving, project management and leadership skills, you can navigate complexity, drive change and support teams to successfully deliver strategic objectives in a collaborative environment.
Key Knowledge and Experience
- Extensive experience in senior project management role, coordinating the successful delivery of project deliverables and objectives, particularly for systems solutions.
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience.
