Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing life insurance policy services to our clients including but not limited to policy changes, reinstatement, surrender, etc. in a timely and professional manner in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
Job Requirements:

Degree holder or above

5 years policy administration experience in life insurance industry

Well organized and detail minded

A good team player & be able to work proactively & independently

Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing

Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
