Job Responsibilities:
Through coordinating with different parties, the incumbent will be participating in various operations transformation projects, involving in tasks including but not limited to:
- Promote innovative technology projects in Insurance Operations, including the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Model (LLM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other new technologies
- Assist to identify pain points in business processes and to propose technological solutions to improve efficiency
- Participate in the development of innovative technology products and to handle proof of concept and user acceptance tests
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Business Studies, Information System, Insurance or relevant disciplines
- 2 years or above experience in the Life Insurance System Testing / Transformation / Business Analysis or related fields, preferably familiar with AI, LLM, RPA and other upcoming technology usage
- Proactive and responsible
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to work in fast-paced environment with multi-tasking skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
