Job Responsibilities:
 
The incumbent will be responsible for handling complaints and grievances from various channels to maintain high-quality services for both internal and external customers efficiently. The incumbent is also expected to recommend responses to customer service issues based on their nature and complexity, prepare and update the departmental reports and guideline, drive continuous improvement initiatives to exceed customer expectations.
 
Job Requirements:
 
• Degree or above in relevant disciplines with professional insurance qualifications (FLMI, ACS)
• 6 years or above working experience in life insurance with solid complaint handling experience
• Customer-service oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Patient, attentive to details with good problem solving and organizing skills
• Positive and attentive to details
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
