Job Responsibilities:

• Ecosystem Strategy: Drive the integration of our four core pillars: Elderly Care Communities, Northbound Medical Access, Local Home Care, and Rehabilitation Services.
• Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with premium elderly care homes, local home care providers, and top-tier medical institutions in the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
• Product Integration: Collaborate with product teams to bundle insurance plans (e.g., Critical Illness, Medical, Annuity) with value-added services such as direct medical billing, nursing home vouchers, and health check-ups.
• Client Experience: Ensure a seamless experience for clients utilizing cross-border medical services or local care support.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
• With at least 10 years related work experience in business development, partnership management, or project management within the Insurance, Healthcare, Elderly Care, or High-End Service industries.
• Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong and Mainland China (especially GBA) medical and elderly care landscape. Existing professional networks in these sectors are a significant advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are required to effectively manage cross-border stakeholders.
