Brand and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of the Group’s brand and marketing strategies to enhance overall brand image and to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications
  • Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Support and advise business units on their marketing campaigns in areas including but not limited to reviewing campaign materials, planning media placement and managing service procurement
  • Work closely with third-party service providers in advertising, promotions and event management to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably major in Marketing and Communications or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing communications, digital marketing or related roles  
  • Creative and resourceful to identify branding and marketing trends
  • A good team player with strong communication, inter-personal and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to work independently
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
