  • Preparation of annual reports, interim reports, circulars, announcements and other corporate communications to shareholders
  • Organize Board and general meetings
  • Provide full range of company secretarial services
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and enhance corporate governance measures
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments


  • Degree with professional qualification of HKCGI
  • At least 10 years’ relevant working experience, with at least 5 year at listed company or banking sector is preferred
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a distinctive advantage
  • Effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and attentive to details are essential
