Human Resources Manager (Business Partner)

  • Act as a business partner for daily HR management and related issues
    Liaise with various Line Managers and provide professional HR support and advice in the areas of manpower planning, budgeting, talent management, grievances handling and other HR matters
    Identify development opportunities for internal staff to sustain the talent pipeline
    Participate in HR ad-hoc projects


  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
    Qualifications on global mobility, taxation, talent management and / or psychometrics will be an advantage
    Minimum 5 years' work experience in regional HR, of which 3 years in managerial role
    Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland China and Southeast Asia
    Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
    Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
    Candidates with lower qualifications will be considered as Deputy Human Resources Manager (Business Partner)
