Merchant Business Manager (Accqusition)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, organize and facilitates business initiatives
  • Lead meetings with appropriate internal business owners and external vendors and assist in the development of communication materials, training and other support strategies across the organization
  • Explore new business opportunities through different business networks and channels
  • Provide assistance to the merchant business teams in the development and implementation of new and renewing commercial products and vendors
  • Lead the Product Development Specialist in the development and production of required plan documents
  • Work directly with internal and external customers to initiate, plan, execute and manage merchant solution development and business implementation initiatives to accomplish overall business, client and vendor objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of merchant business and operation in banking industry
  • Experience for working in QR payment solution company is preferable
  • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ability to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Strong self-motivation and highly independent with good analytical skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
