Responsibilities:
- Develop, organize and facilitates business initiatives
- Lead meetings with appropriate internal business owners and external vendors and assist in the development of communication materials, training and other support strategies across the organization
- Explore new business opportunities through different business networks and channels
- Provide assistance to the merchant business teams in the development and implementation of new and renewing commercial products and vendors
- Lead the Product Development Specialist in the development and production of required plan documents
- Work directly with internal and external customers to initiate, plan, execute and manage merchant solution development and business implementation initiatives to accomplish overall business, client and vendor objectives
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience
- Good knowledge of merchant business and operation in banking industry
- Experience for working in QR payment solution company is preferable
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ability to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Strong self-motivation and highly independent with good analytical skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
