Responsibilities:

• Design the business analysis framework, transform business question into quantitative models and execute complexity data analysis.
• Architect the testable hypothesis from key issue surrounding the credit card product, customer portfolio, BocPay, BocBill. Recommend the executable actions and present to senior management.
• Conduct exploratory data for customer segmentation and insight to identify business growth opportunity.
• Conduct in-depth analytical studies combining external research data and internal business analytics to identify market trends and change of customer spending behavior that drive strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicator, identifying areas of improvement and innovation.
• Design comprehensive and user-friendly dashboard and report for business unit.

Requirement:

• More than 2 years of experience in business analysis or reporting area with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or Economics
• Strong business sense with experience in data analysis.
• Experience in programming, analytic or visualization tools such as SQL, VBA, Python, SAS, Tableau
• Excellent skills with data visualization for storytelling even with non-technical business partners
• Strong communication, time management and work organization skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Candidate with more experience will be considered Customer Analytics and Data Science Manager
