Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirement
  • Act as liaison among stakeholders including IT and business sides
  • Define and document functional requirement
  • Support testing
  • Provide user support

Requirements:

  • University graduate with 3 years or above working experience in business analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Independent, proactive, innovative, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work as a team
  • Knowledge in Basic SQL
  • Experience in banking or loan industry, workflow system, data visualization is a plus
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
