Job Description:

  • Perform software installation, upgrade and support services on deskside equipment, including PC, Notebook, Printer etc.
  • Provide technical support (onsite or remote) for internal end-user
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Responding in a timely manner to ad-hoc issues and service requests

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer related disciplines
  • Knowledge of deskside computer related hardware
  • Experience/knowledge of network and PC also an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin is a privilege
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
