Job Description:
- Perform software installation, upgrade and support services on deskside equipment, including PC, Notebook, Printer etc.
- Provide technical support (onsite or remote) for internal end-user
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Responding in a timely manner to ad-hoc issues and service requests
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer related disciplines
- Knowledge of deskside computer related hardware
- Experience/knowledge of network and PC also an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin is a privilege
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
