Corporate Services Manager (Facility Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and overview ALL maintenance and facility management role for self owned premises / lease out properties / vacant flats;
  • Liaise with building management company on preventive maintenance, upgrading engineering works and facility management plan, furnish holistic yearly plan for individual buildings according to new legal requirements and / or actual situation;
  • Act as owner's representative to bargain with external parties (such as I/O, management company and government authorities) if needed;
  • Attend I/O meeting if needed;
  • Follow up and settle BD and / or FSD order (with assist by external consultant and / or FSIC) by the deadline;
  • Prepare analytical reports, summary and recommendation on proposed work task;
  • Undergo internal process and reach management approval in compliance with all bank polices, procedures and requirements;
  • Conduct routine / irregular checking on self-owned premises
  • Follow up / complete ad-hoc tasks assign by supervisor / management.
 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Engineering (Architectural, Building, MEP or Building Services), Facilities Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience in related field while 3 to 5 years in managerial role;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, competent in stakeholder and people management, self-motivated and strong business sense;
  • Good command of Chinese and English with excellent analytical, communication and written skills;
  • Fluent mandarin is preferred; and
  • Excellent in computer applications and PC knowledge and the use of MS Office (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel and Word).
