Responsibilities:

  • Act as Project Manger responsible for implementation, coordination with stakeholders and supervise service provider's performance 
  • Responsible for project planning and management of asset enhancement in Bank's properties 
  • Identify milestones and conduct feasibility studies for renovation projects
  • Work independently for property related renovation projects and coordinate with in-house teams, consultants and vendors for all project related activities
  • Monitor the implementation of asset enhancement & development works and to ensure the projects are completed within the predetermined budget and time frame and in compliance with relevant specification requirements and government regulations
  • Prepare analytical reports, summary and recommendation on proposed work task;
  • Undergo internal process and reach management approval in compliance with all bank polices, procedures and requirements
 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction, Surveying, Facilities Management, Housing Management or related disciplines, 
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in project management for asset enhancement and major A&A works, experiences in Banks or Cooperate operation, including compliance, procurement and approval procedure in advance. 
  • Strong people management & communication skills with commercial sense
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English. Fluent mandarin is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge in property development procedures, interior design and building regulations
  • Excellent in computer applications (including: MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop).
