Key responsibilities:

Manage the Bankwise "Infrastructure Project" including new build, A&A and fitting out, which involves hands-on operations, coordinating internal stakeholders and overseeing external units, supervising consultants, contractors and vendors

Follow up on the construction work and related administration tasks of the infrastructure project

Monitor the performance of the design and project management consultants and vendors, including but not limited to time management, cost management, and quality of project execution

Responsible for coordinating the internal requirements of the Bank and the external units, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Supervise and ensure that the project is completed in compliance with the bank's established processes and requirements within the budget, timeline and compliance.

Familiar with the construction infrastructure projects, including space planning, fire and security requirement, procurement process and building regulations, etc.
Requirement:
- Degree holder of an architecture, surveying, building services installation or related disciplines
- Over 10 years of work experience, including experience in management of infrastructure projects; prior experience working in the banking industry is preferred

Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the Hong Kong Institution of Surveying, the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, or equivalent professional qualifications is preferred

Proficient in using a variety of relevant computer software and techniques (including: MS Office, AutoCAD)

Possess strong organizational, planning, execution, and coordination abilities, with effective communication and negotiation skills

Good command of Chinese and English with excellent analytical, communication and written skills; Fluent mandarin is preferred;

Professional knowledge of building regulations, construction techniques, and electromechanical systems
