Main Responsibilities
· Handle daily property leasing and related marketing works (mainly shops and offices portfolio)
· Process, analyze property market/ leasing financial performance data and prepare related reports
· Budget preparation and formulate marketing strategies
· Assist in monitoring BMO and the related facility management and project management works
· Prepare internal approval in relation to property leasing and facilities repairing /capital expenses
· Work closely and coordinate with business units / teams to complete tasks/ projects smoothly
· Handle assigned Ad hoc tasks/ projects
· Execute and ensure all assigned tasks/ projects are completed on schedule
Other Responsibilities
· Act as owner's representative to bargain with external parties (such as I/O, management company and government authorities) if needed;
· Attend I/O meeting if needed;
· Coordinate and follow up property related repairing and maintenance works
· Assist in settling BD and / or FSD order (with assist by external consultant and / or FSIC) by the deadline;
· Prepare analytical reports, summary and recommendation on proposed work task
Requirement:
· Degree holder, preferably in property related disciplines;
· Minimum 3 years' experience in leasing of properties;
· Having Estate agent’s Licence or Salesperson’s Licence by Estate Agents Authority;
· Excellent interpersonal skills, competent in stakeholder and people management, self-motivated and strong business sense;
· Good command of Chinese and English with excellent analytical, communication and written skills;
· Fluent mandarin is preferred; and
· Excellent in computer applications and PC knowledge and the use of MS Office (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel and Word).
