• Act as the BCM Relationship Manager in coordinating with business units for ongoing maintenance of Business Continuity Program, to ensure compliance with the Bank's requirement
• Develop and provide training to staff and raise awareness
• Produce regular BCM status reports to different level of senior management
• Conduct thematic review for quality assurance
• Support incident and disaster recovery arrangements
• Maintain the Business Continuity related policy and procedures
• Assist to review and update the Operational Resilience policies, guidelines, processes, and procedures
• Monitor the overall implementation of Operational Resilience and BCM Program
• Support ad hoc projects

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in business continuity management or related work experience with knowledge of Bank's key functional processes and resources
• Be able to work independently and perform ad-hoc task as assigned
• Communicate effectively with business partners and good presentation skills
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operational Risk Manager
