Key Responsibilities

• Investment Evaluation and Execution:

o    Perform due diligence on private credit funds

o    Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential co-invest direct lending opportunities, including cash flow modeling, valuation analysis, review legal terms and assessment of financial and operational performance.

• Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to support investment decisions and identify emerging trends that could impact the portfolio.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of existing investments, including compliance with financial covenants, analysis of quarterly financial statements, and ongoing communication with private credit fund managers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share market insights, investment ideas, and best practices. Contribute to the overall success of the platform through proactive engagement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Knowledge of the private credit market and experience with sponsor-backed transactions preferred.
