Assistant Administration Manager / Administration Manager (Audit Planning & Policy Division)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for departmental administrative work, including: handling departmental business expense expenditures and inspections, and assisting in the preparation of annual financial budgets.
  • Handle department documentary systems and mailboxes, management of work files, prepare work reports.
  • Handle the implementation of department training projects and plans, such as compilation of training plans, organizing and coordinating training projects, preparing training materials, etc.
  • Assist in staff business trip procedures, follow up on itinerary arrangements and related communications.
  • Handle daily office affairs, follow up on office maintenance and emergencies.
  • Management and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Complete ad hoc projects, temporary tasks or other work assigned by superiors as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Have 2 years or more related work experience;
  • Have strong communication, coordination and adaptability;
  • Have good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English;
  • Proactive, conscientious, team player, good time and stress management skills
  • Familiar with MS Office software applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
